Meet Nicole
Nicole Irving, M.A, LPC
Psychotherapist & Owner
If you’re feeling stuck or unsatisfied with your sex life, emotional health, or relationships you’ve come to the right place. Discussing sensitive issues can be hard but I’m here to make these topics easier to address and overcome.
In our sessions, we will normalize frustrations and sexual topics openly and honestly. Together, we will find solutions to help overcome these challenges and strengthen your life, sexual health, and relationships so you can start navigating these difficult issues.
I identify as a sex-positive, LGBTQ+ friendly clinician and am comfortable discussing sex and life difficulties with empathy and understanding. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are struggling in their sex and relationship lives. I am also a certified provider in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia to help people overcome insomnia and sleep related issues, as well TS-BTI certified in treating Tourettes Syndrome and Tic Disorders.
Often, many who are struggling are left with no solutions and a lack of helpful information. Too often we receive the hurtful message that there’s something “wrong with you” and no one can help. That is not the case. There are ways forward and help is available to start addressing painful issues and becoming more emotionally, physically, and sexually satisfied.
