Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a dedicated time for you to explore the issues that are holding you back. Whether you feel your relationships are troubled, you’re dealing with family issues, or you’re feeling anxious and depressed, therapy can offer solutions to help you move forward healthier and happier.

In individual therapy we work to examine thoughts and behaviors that are causing issues and learn to replace them with healthier ones. We will also work on adding healthy skills to your life to help you feel the most productive and satisfied.
